You can use ANY COMBINATION of discounts and credits to reduce the price to make a purchase provided that; the discounts are subject to the MDL and the balance due is not less than $0.00. We are not responsible for the amount paid if you were entitled to a savings or discount and you did not take it. We do look at the list price, taxes due if any, shipping-handling charge and reductions that are applied. We validate the reductions and do the math for the final figure. That is the limit of our effort. We do provide you with highly visible media to alert you to all avenues of savings and we do rely on you to make an effort to get the best purchase arrangement.

SymBioGen uses a multiplicity of discount incentives to get products to you at the best fair price. These discounts are categorized internally as product, transaction-type, and customer. Each category has several discount reasons with discount amounts specified for each applicable reason. The discount type and reason may not be spelled out verbatim but may instead be combined into a 'package' and be given a more friendly name but which will have the total of included discounts as the single discount.
- DISCOUNTS ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.
- DISCOUNTS MAY EXPIRE DEPENDING ON TERMS. You will be made aware in advance.
- DISCOUNTS CAN BE COMBINED TO REDUCE THE PRICE but subject to the MDL (maximum discount limit) as specified. You will be made aware.

Discounts will be available in 2 types; PERCENTS and POINTS (by some name). The purpose of this is actually to enable you - the customer - to be able to maximize the (your) discount without 'wasting' the overage of a fixed percent discount. ie. A product is available with sufficient discount such that an additional 4% would give you the maximum discount limit (MDL). You have a 10% discount benefit and a number of points. If you use the 10% discount benefit, you would be wasting 6%.
POINTS. Points - unlike percents - may not have an equal value correlation between one product and another or, between one product and the same at a different time or, between one product and the same product with a different transaction type. Points are ALWAYS DIVISIBLE.
PERCENTS. Percents may be applied as figuring from not by the original price, but by the declining price. You will be made aware in such cases.

EXPIRING. These may or may not EXPIRE but you will be made aware which is the case. When used for subscriptions, the discount benefit may or may not have a CARRYOVER but you will also be informed if the discount benefit does or does not.
DIVISIBLE. These are percent discount benefits that can be factored, split. ie. You could use for purchases; 2%, then 5%, with 3% remaining or any such sequence.

| CREDITS |
Purchase credits are in actual dollar amount. Purchase credits do not expire. They may or may not be redeemable for cash depending on circumstances. Generally, before you are provided an actual refund for a product your are fiorst provided a purchase credit. In such circumstance, this type of purchase credit is redeemable for cash.

REFUNDS.
If you make an over-payment or return a product to us (in which case we will re-imburse you the shipping charge up to our currently posted rate) you are entitled to this amount. We will track this amount and you can choose to include this amount towards an order or you can request a refund for the balance of the amount that you have. Refunds must be made as credits to a charge card account- not as cash- when payment is made the same way and provided that a demand for the cash value is received.

GIFT CERTIFICATES.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. (This is a legal requirement and would constitute printing money if it were otherwise allowed.) This is a dollar-for-dollar credit. When you have a gift certificate, you can use all or a portion of this amount. We automatically track the amount and show you on your order the portion remaining. It effectively lowers the cost of product to you but not the taxable amount. Gift certificates have no expiration date. If you are BUYING a gift certificate, we will provide the unique ID. If you are using one to make a purchase, you need only to input this number.

OVERPAYMENTS. If the math you did is not correct and it turns out that you paid too much - we will credit back to you the difference as a purchase credit. If the amount is less than required, we will let you know. Making the best purchase arrangement is your responsibility.

DELIVERY TIME
For one-time purchases from the day that your payment is HONORED, your order is processed within 3 business days.
For subscriptions, we process the payment and ship from the start of the 3rd week of every month. You should receive your supply during the 4th week.
SYNCHRONIZATION
We also realize that at X-mas and holidays many people max out their card. If the amount is rejected, we will continue until the attempt succeeds - reason being, we can synchronize your funds availability. This will allow you to keep your #1 priority in focus.
If your account has been synchronized, any other charge-rejection will be considered as a 'quit'. To prevent this, we can re-synchronize your account if you give us a specific day (by number) in which the payment you make to your credit card is posted to your account.
PRICE CHANGES
Naturally, if you are a LIFESTYLE subscriber for a number of years, you will probably experience as few or as many price changes as we do. We will resist increasing our prices BUT when we do need to move up a notch, we will advise you in advance AND get your PERMISSION before proceeding with the charge to your account and delivery. If you turn us down and quit instead, you will not suffer any adjustment to your account. Please be aware that - BY DEFAULT - the notice you receive will be an assumption that you wish to continue UNLESS you respond with a request to stop. That is, if you do not respond at all, we will continue with your subscription.

The Internet works by sending information from computer to computer until the information reaches its destination. When data is sent from point A to point B, every computer in between has an opportunity to look at what's being sent. This can pose a security problem.
For example, you are viewing a clothing catalog on the World Wide Web and you decide to buy a shirt. This requires that you type information into an order form, including your credit-card number. You know the clothing company in question is reputable, so you type your credit-card number and other information, and then send the completed form. Your information passes from computer to computer on its way to the clothing company. Unfortunately, one of the computers in between has been infiltrated by criminals who watch the data passing through that computer until they see something interesting, such as your credit-card number.
How often does something like this happen? It's hard to say, but the important thing is that it's technically possible. And, as the Internet grows, it could happen more and more.
How does Microsoft Internet Explorer help protect you and your data?
Many Internet sites are equipped to prevent unauthorized people from seeing the data sent to or from those sites. These are called "secure" sites. Because Internet Explorer supports the security protocols used by secure sites, you can send information to a secure site with safety and confidence. (When you are viewing a page from a secure site, Internet Explorer displays a "lock" icon on the status bar.)
Internet Explorer can also notify you when you are about to do something that might pose a security risk. To specify when Internet Explorer should warn you, click the View menu, click Options, and then click the Security tab.

then check "Warn if changing between secure and unsecure mode" and check "Warn about invalid site certificates".
